OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

While not wanting to put a damper on the enthusiasm nor the social festivities, there are several policies, procedures, and safety issues that must be followed to ensure a happy and safe night for all. These policies are listed below:

1- All vehicles owned and/or operated by Express Limo are designated as non-smoking.

2- All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client’s guests. Please note: Vomiting cleaning fee is $250 and results in the immediate termination of the run.

3- Any time passed the arranged drop-off time will be an additional charge in 1-hour increments.

4- Express Limo cannot be held liable for items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal.

5- Express Limo reserves the right to immediately terminate the job, for all parties in attendance for the use of illegal substances and /or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance. There will be no refund of any monies to the client.

Privacy Policy

Any Cancellations you will forfeit the total amount of

your deposit.

We Need at least TWO WKEEKS prior to your reservation date
for Cancellations; otherwise you will be charged for the (Full amount) of
service. Please observe our non-smoking policy. The client is responsible
for guests and assumes full Financial Responsibility for any damage to
vehicle caused by client or guest whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
We assume no Responsibility For articles left in vehicle. Driver may
terminate charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly
or endangering the safe Operation of the vehicle.. Driver is not responsible
for illegal acts during rental. We will not be responsible for any Delays or
Inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations
deemed an “Act of God”. We reserve the right to Substitute Alternative
vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control. Client assumes
full financial responsibilities for all Payments, Including overtime,
gratuity, and damage fees. Regurgitation fees are a minimum of $500,
everything else will be estimated by a Professional. Client Authorizes
charges to credit card, with/without imprint. In case of accident/break
down, Express Limo offers just the Amount of time that The Limo was down
not the total amount & Time. In case of accident/break down, Express Limo
offers other limo .You WILL be charged travel time for outside of the Austin
area, pick-up, and drop-off. WE AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
