What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund minus a small administrative fee
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund
For special events, weddings, and peak season bookings, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply. All details will be clearly stated in your reservation confirmation.

We offer two flexible pricing options based on your trip needs:
- Hourly / As-Directed Service
Best for events with multiple stops, flexible schedules, or when you need a chauffeur on standby. Rates are billed hourly, with a 3-hour minimum. - Flat-Rate Service
Flat-rate pricing is typically used for one-way or point-to-point trips, such as travel from Austin to Dallas (or similar distances).- Starting at $300
- Includes up to 75 minutes of service
Flat rates are discounted compared to hourly pricing, often saving clients 20–40%, depending on distance and timing.
Peak Event Pricing
During high-demand events such as prom season, Formula 1 (F1), ACL Festival, and SXSW, special event rates apply due to increased demand.Major Event Rate:
- $190 per hour
- 20% chauffeur gratuity
